Ask Eunomya / AI assistant for moving companies
An answer shouldn't require another phone call.
Your crew needs access instructions. Dispatch wants to know which jobs are unassigned. The office needs an update on an estimate. Ask Eunomya is a custom AI assistant designed to find answers using the information already in your business.
Why an internal assistant?
Your team asks the same questions every day.
What's the delivery address? Where are the packing instructions? Did that quote get sent? Who's assigned to tomorrow's job?
The answers are usually already somewhere in your system. Getting to them shouldn't always mean messaging the office, searching through a job record, or calling a dispatcher.
Ask Eunomya can be configured to look up relevant information and give staff a clear answer, without giving everyone access to everything.
Interactive example
A different answer for every role.
Choose who's asking, then select a question. Watch how the assistant would check access and find the relevant information. This is an illustration with sample records, not a live connection to a company system.
Office & sales
Less searching. More time for customers.
Find the details behind an enquiry or estimate without digging through several records.
Choose a sample question
- 01Understand the question
- 02Check the staff member’s access
- 03Look up permitted records
- 04Return an answer with its source
Two quotes need a follow-up.
Quote 1068 has been waiting for a reply since Tuesday. Quote 1071 was sent yesterday and has no scheduled follow-up.
Illustrative only. No real customer data is used or requested.
Practical uses
Useful answers, wherever the work happens.
The questions will be different for every company. Here are a few of the areas an internal assistant can help with.
Quotes and customer records
Look up estimate statuses, outstanding follow-ups and relevant customer notes.
Schedules and assignments
Check job assignments, crew availability and details that need attention before moving day.
Job instructions
Give authorized movers quick access to arrival times, addresses, access notes and checklists.
Company knowledge
Answer questions using approved procedures, training material and operating instructions.
Payments and invoices
Help permitted staff check balances, invoice statuses and other billing details.
Multiple locations
Find relevant information across branches or service lines while respecting each team's access.
Access & oversight
The right information for the right person.
An assistant is only useful if your team can trust how it handles company information.
- 01Role-based access
A crew member may need an arrival time, but not the customer's full payment history. The assistant should respect the permissions already defined for each role.
- 02Answers tied to records
Where possible, staff can see which job, document or approved procedure supports an answer, so they can check important details.
- 03Approval before taking action
If the assistant is configured to prepare an update, send a message or change a record, your company can require a person to review it first.
AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Sensitive changes and operational decisions should have appropriate verification and controls.
Built for your operation
Not a chatbot that knows nothing about your business.
A generic chatbot can't tell your dispatch team which job is waiting on a truck or explain the packing process your company actually uses.
Ask Eunomya is intended to work with the records, workflows and knowledge sources your company authorizes. We define which information it can use, what each role may ask, and whether any requested actions require approval.
The assistant can be scoped to the modules you use today and expanded when you add new parts of the platform.
This is a customizable capability. Supported sources, permissions, AI-provider costs and implementation details are agreed as part of the project scope.
One connected platform
The answers start with connected information.
The assistant becomes more useful when the rest of your business already works in one place.
Common questions
About Ask Eunomya.
Is this a customer-facing website chatbot?
No. This page focuses on an internal assistant for your office team, dispatchers, managers and crews. A customer-facing assistant could be scoped separately.
Can movers access private accounting information?
Not by default. The assistant should follow role-based permissions and only use information authorized for that staff member. Final access rules are defined during implementation.
Can it send messages or update jobs?
Those actions can be considered as custom workflows. We recommend review and approval controls for actions that contact customers, modify records or affect operations.
Is the demonstration connected to real company data?
No. The example above uses fictional records and predefined answers. A real implementation would be connected only to the company systems and information sources agreed for that client.
