Workflow automation for moving companies
Less time on admin.
More time running your company.
Eunomya can automate the repetitive work between enquiries, estimates, booked jobs, customer follow-ups and payments. We build each workflow around the way your moving company operates, so your team isn't doing the same work twice.
A closer look
See what happens when the steps connect.
Choose a common scenario below. Each step can happen automatically, with checks and approvals wherever your team needs them.
- 01TriggerNew enquiry received
From a website form, call or another lead source.
- 02AutomaticLead created and assigned
Customer details are captured and routed to the right person.
- 03AutomaticFirst response sent
A tailored email or SMS confirms you've received the enquiry.
- 04If neededFollow-up scheduled
No reply? The next message or internal task can be triggered.
Sales automation
A new lead, without the extra admin.
Capture the enquiry, send a timely response and keep the next follow-up from slipping through the cracks. Your team can take over whenever a personal conversation is needed.
Assign leads by branch, service type or territory. Set your own message timing and stop conditions.
Illustrative workflow examples. Actual triggers, messages and approvals are defined for each Eunomya implementation.
Email & SMS follow-ups
The follow-up doesn't have to depend on someone's memory.
A quote goes unanswered. A move is coming up. A customer still needs to make a payment. These are the small tasks that fill up an office team's day.
Eunomya can send the right email or text based on the job's status, the customer's response and the rules you choose.
Email follow-ups
Send quote reminders, booking details, pre-move instructions, invoices and post-move messages automatically.
SMS follow-ups
Send short, timely texts for new enquiries, appointments, confirmations and payment reminders.
If a quote hasn't been answered, send a reminder or prompt a salesperson to call.
Send arrival details, packing reminders or other instructions at the time you choose.
Follow up on outstanding balances, customer feedback and review requests.
Customer messaging can be configured around consent, preferences and opt-outs. SMS and email delivery services may have usage costs.
Across the business
Automation isn't just for marketing.
Once your sales, dispatch, crew and accounting processes share the same system, there are many more opportunities to remove manual steps.
Sales & CRM
Capture leads, assign owners, create follow-up tasks and flag estimates that need attention.
Booking & dispatch
Move accepted quotes into your job schedule, notify dispatch and prepare crew assignments.
Accounting & payments
Prepare invoices, track balances and send reminders when a payment is overdue.
Crew management
Send job updates, collect completion notes and route timesheets for review.
Inventory & AI
Turn recorded survey information into draft inventories and flag details for staff review.
Customer experience
Send confirmation messages, appointment reminders, post-move check-ins and review requests.
Custom-built automations
Your workflow might be different. That's the point.
One company might assign leads by location. Another might quote differently for long-distance moves, piano jobs or storage. A third might need management approval before certain messages or charges go out.
With Eunomya, those rules can be part of the software itself. You decide what happens automatically, what needs approval and when a person should step in.

Common questions
A few things worth knowing.
Can Eunomya send automatic emails and text messages?
Yes. Email and SMS follow-ups can be connected to events such as a new enquiry, a sent estimate, a confirmed booking or an unpaid invoice. The timing, content, conditions and consent rules are customized for your business.
Can we review something before it gets sent?
Yes. A workflow can stop for staff approval or create a task instead of sending a message or making an update automatically. You control where human review is needed.
Do we need Zapier or n8n?
No. Eunomya can run its own internal automations. Where another service is needed, such as an SMS provider or payment processor, we can connect to it directly.
Can the automations work across multiple branches?
Yes. Workflows can be customized for different locations, service areas, teams and job types, with shared rules where you want them.
Do we have to automate everything at once?
No. We can start with the repetitive tasks that take the most time and add more automations as your business grows.
