Setup & customization
A one-time fee covers setup and any agreed custom development, including the modules, workflows, and automations your business needs. We'll agree on the scope and cost before work begins.
Hosting & maintenance
A monthly fee keeps your platform hosted and maintained, with the level of ongoing support set out in your proposal. You'll know what the recurring cost covers before you commit.
Need more later? Add new modules or custom workflows when you're ready. We'll quote any additional development separately, so you can decide what makes sense for your business.

How much does Eunomya cost?
Your quote includes a one-time implementation and customization fee plus a monthly hosting and maintenance fee. We review your modules, workflows, users and support needs to provide the amounts for your business.
Can we start with just CRM and dispatch?
Yes. We can scope a focused implementation around the modules your team needs first, then discuss additional features as your company grows.
Do we pay separately for every new module?
New modules or custom work are quoted according to the scope involved. We'll explain the commercial terms before anything is added, rather than assuming every change fits a fixed price.
Is there an upfront fee and a monthly fee?
Yes. There is a one-time fee for implementation and customization, followed by a monthly fee for hosting, maintenance and the support included in your agreement. Both amounts are quoted based on your setup before you commit.
Does Eunomya replace all our other software?
It can consolidate many business functions, but not necessarily every service. Payment processors, messaging providers and some specialist tools may still be required. We identify those dependencies during planning.
Can we customize the system after launch?
Yes. Additional workflows, modules and improvements can be scoped as your business changes.
